Bandipora : As per Action Plan of 2023 and Calendar of Activities for the month of April, 2023, Special Lok Adalat on MACT Cases was on Saturday organized at District Court Complex, Bandipora.
The Special Lok Adalat was held under the guidance of Chairman District Legal Services Authority, (Pr. District & Session Judge) Bandipora, Amit Sharma and supervision of Nusrat Ali Hakak Secretary District Legal Services Authority Bandipora.
One Bench was constituted for the said Lok Adalat taking up a total No. of 04 Cases and out of which 01 Case was settled amicably with a settled amount of Rs. 70,000.
