DC Kathua reviews progress under CAPEX Budget-2022-23

Kathua: Deputy Commissioner Kathua, Rahul Pandeyon Thursday reviewed the Physical and Financial performance of the development departments under District Capex Budget 2022-23 here at a meeting held in the Conference Hall of the DC office complex.
The DC took a detailed sector wise review and received feedback regarding the present status of developmental as well as non construction works by the concerned departments.
While taking department wise review, the DC directed the concerned executing agencies to prioritise the completion of pending projects of the district.
Taking review of the new works taken up under this year’s district and CAPEX, the DC stressed upon the concerned officers to ensure the financial completion of physically completed works besides the completion of ongoing works within set timelines.
Terming the role of all the departments equally important, the DC said that their coordinated efforts are imperative for time bound completion of the development projects.
The meeting was attended by ADDC Kathua, Chief Planning Office, Chief Education Officer, Assistant Commissioner Development, Chief Medical Officer, Executive Engineers and other concerned officers of the district.
