NIC Ang organises Training/ Capacity building Prog for Rev staff
Anantnag: On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Anantnag, the District Informatics Office Anantnag in collaboration with SDM Pahalgam and TehsildarPahalgamon Tuesdayorganised a capacity building/ training program for revenue staff at Town Hall Pahalgam.
The program is being held for upskilling of revenue staff to allow them to efficiently ensure delivery of e-Services through Jan Sugam and Revenue Plus portal. Technical Director, NIC, Jan Mubarak supervised the capacity building programme.
On the occasion, SDM and TehsildarPahalgam also distributed tablets and electronic gadgets among the field functionaries to facilitate hassle free dispensation of e-Services at the grassroots level.
Speaking on the occasion, SDM Pahalgam and TehsildarPahalgam exhorted the field staff to equip themselves with digital tools so that people can benefit from the convenience of these digital initiatives.
They said the digitisation and move to online mode will invigorate efficiency and transparency into the system and every effort is being made to ensure that field staff are well equipped to deliver.
