Budgam: A month-long Free Medical Screening, Eye camp organised by District Administration Budgam in collaboration with Directorate Of Health Services Kashmir has commenced at SDH Beerwah, where patients can avail free consultation, surgery (IOL, implantation), free medicine and free spectacles.
During the dedicated free cataract operation camp, doctors from mobile Optho unit DHSK have reported to SDH Beerwah for conducting the free cataract surgeries for old aged patients under PMJAY Sehat scheme.
BMO Beerwah, Dr.Javed informed that the camp started on December- 28 and shall continue till the pendency of the same will be cleared.
He said that all concerned patients having Health cards can be operated at this camp subject to consultation and evaluation by the team at SDH Beerwah.
He said people from anywhere can visit the SDH Beerwah for screening, consultation and other health services which shall continue till ending January 2023.
