Awantipora : Mohammad Shafi Naik father-In- Law of Dr Shahid Amin Trali Associate Professor ITM University Gwalior and regular columnist of ” Kashmir Horizon” has passes away. “Kashmir Horizon” condoles the demise of Mohammad Shafi Naik a retired CTO of Central Handicrafts Department and expresses heartfelt sympathies to his bereaved son-in-law Dr Shahid Amin Trali and stands in solidarity with the entire bereaved family.
Locals of Tral said that Mohd. Shafi Naik was a very highly respected personality and had retired as CTO in Central Handicrafts Department. He was also founder and former Secretary of one of leading schools AKMAL in Tral area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama District. The deceased known for his active social services and helpful nature towards peoples of all shades and faith. He worked shoulder to shoulder with late Maulana Noor Ahmad Trali in fulfilling the social mission of Dar-Ul- Uloom Tral. Known for simplicity, courage and strength the deceased wan a man of conscience. The entire area is in shock on his untimely demise. “Kashmir Horizon” prays for eternal peace to the departed soul and courge to Dr. Shahid Amin Trali and his bereaved family in this testing time.
