National Joint Council of Action meets in new Delhi to chalk out the strategy to achieve ops

New Delhi: The national and state level leaders of various constituent employees-organisations of National Joint Council of Action ( NJCA), who had come from different parts of the country, attended an important meeting on Thursday the 17th of November at the office of All India Railway men’s Federation, State Entry Road New Delhi.
According to statement issued from J&K NOPRUF ( Jammu & Kashmir National Old Pension Restoratiion United Front)the meeting was organised by NJCA under the leadership of it’s Convener Shiv Gopal Mishra and purpose of the meeting was to chalk out the strategy for possible ways of struggle to achieve Old Pension Scheme. The National President of National Old Pension Restoration United Front (NOPRUF) B P Singh Rawat was part of the meeting as chief guest. The representatives of various organisations of Railway Employees, Primary Teachers , Post office employees, employees of autonomous bodies and employees of various other departments put forward their view points regarding the agenda of the meeting.

While ensuring support to employees working under New Pension System (NPS) Convener NJCA Shiv Gopal Mishra who is also the leader of All India Railwaymen’s Federation of India made it clear that the organisation will go to any extent to extend full support to the cause of restoration of Old Pension Scheme (OPS). He said that if the need arises railway services through out the country would be suspended for one day in the protest against NPS system.
Meanwhile National President NOPRUF B P Singh has said that it is the high time to raise the demand for OPS, all the government employees working under NPS need to come forward to start a mega campaign against the flawed NPS system. He said that NOPRUF leadership is on toes to enhance the momentum of OPS struggle for which NOPRUF has recently taken historic Niyay Yatra from Kashmir to Kanyakumari for the demand of OPS. B P Singh Rawat has said that all state employees organisations and national employees organisations should unitedly campaign for the legitimate demand of OPS, so that this long pending genuine demand of government employees would be achieved.
