Pulwama/Aug,25: Three Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) men and a policeman were critically injured on Saturday after militants attacked District Police Lines (DPL) in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Reports said that militants stormed the DPL around 3:45 am on Saturday. An official said that the Fidayeen militants lobbed grenades and opened indiscriminate fire inside the DPL Pulwama.
“Intermittent firing is still going on. The area has been cordoned off,” he said.
All the injured were shifted to District Hospital Pulwama where from they were referred to Srinagar in critical condition.
Unconfirmed reports said that a policeman and a CRPF trooper have succumbed.
