Udhampur : District Development Commissioner, Udhampur, Krittika Jyotsnaon Wednesday convened a meeting of officers and field functionaries of Technical wing of REW to review the block wise status of SOS and other ongoing works being executed by Rural Development Department under ADP, B2V, 14th FC, AmritSarovar, Soak and Compost pits in the District.
The DDC took a detailed Block wise review of the progress of works taken up under the District Capex budget, ADP, B2V, 14th FC, AmritSarovar etc.
The Field functionaries were asked to ensure the completion of all allotted works at an earliest.
The DDC stressed upon the officers to maintain transparency and accountability in the execution of works.
Setting the deadline, she asked to complete SOS works by 29th of October. The DDC further directed the field staff of REW to start the new works without any delay. She instructed the field functionaries to remain present in the area of their posting and accessible to the public.
Among others, Additional District Development Commissioner, Anu Behl, Executive Engineer REW, Ram Singh, AEEs, AEs, JEs, TAs attended the meeting.
