Bandipora : Action Forum and Rotary Eye Institute Hospital Udhampuron Saturday conducted a free eye checkup/Cataract Screening Camp in collaboration with Kashmir Tibia College & Hospital Shilvath and Al Imdad, Trust.
SDM Sumbal, Dr. Bashir Lone Chief Guest on the occasion Inaugurated the camp and appreciated such efforts of organizers and directed them to conduct such camps in those villages of sub division who are underprivileged and do not have an accessibility to the quality eye care services. Dr. Iftikhar Hussain MD KTC Shilvath facilitated the Camp.
The beneficiaries attending the free eye camp were evaluated for vision (refractive error) and eye ailments. Those requiring surgery especially cataract were advised surgery on free of cost at Rotary Eye Institute Hospital Udhampur.
A large number of patients were checked up by DrAnkurGoel , and his team during the camp. Free medicines and eye glasses were distributed amongst the patients.
