Rajouri : District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal on Wednesday inspected progress on widening of Rajouri-Thanamandi road at different construction sites. The work on the road is being executed by the BRO.
Officers who accompanied the DDC during his visit were SDM Thanamandi, VikasDhar; AC Defence, SaleemQureshi and concerned officers from BRO.
During inspection of Rajouri-thanamandi road at different construction sites, the DDC directed the concerned officers to mobilize men and machinery to ensure that the work on the project is completed within the already set deadline.
He instructed the BRO to further expedite pace for timely completion of the raid and maintain quality while executing the work on the project.
He also directed them to undertake regular field visits for regular monitoring of the progress on the project.
The DDC also stressed on working in tandem to resolve the issues impeding the execution of the project so that the developmental bottlenecks can be resolved timely in the larger public interest.
