EPFO Jmu organises “Nidhi Apke Nikat” Prog

Jammu :  “Nidhi Aapke Nikat” and “Pension Adalat” for the month of September, 2022 were conducted by EPFO Regional Office, Jammu on Monday from 11:30 AM to 04: 00 PM for the stakeholders of Jammu & Kashmir.

The EPFO is servicing the entire area from Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh with regard to settlement of claims, redressal of grievances, and facilitating stakeholders and so on. Considering the large number of grievances and to ensure service delivery at doorstep, various online initiatives of EPFO such as balance enquiry, filing of online claims including transfer and Covid-19 advance claims and members’ basic details were explained with hands-on demonstration.

GovindSahu, an employee of M/s Rizwan Enterprises appeared for transfer related matter that he didn’t apply for transfer claims form No. 13 and was guided and initiated his claim form No. 13. Ms. RihaMahajan attended the program with the grievance that she didn’t have her UAN details with her. Though the matters were taken up with J K EPFO and her UAN details were provided immediately on. RihaMahajan had earlier worked with MetLife India Insurance Co. Pvt. Ltd. and Religare Health Insurance Company Limited.

Jashoda Rani from M/s BMO Health and Family Welfare, Jammu had appeared for correction in the member’s profile. She was guided to fill up the form of Joint Declaration and the joint declaration was processed Monday from all levels. NaginaManjhi had also appeared in the program for non-updating of her member’s profile, RizwanUddin; P. F. Commissioner had approved her correction in member profile through joint declaration forms.

Desh Raj from VCCL, Jammu attended the program and requested to check whether his PF accumulation is transferred from JKEPFO to EPFO, the solution was provided instantly.

Narayan Singh, an employee of M/s. Peregrine Guarding Pvt. Ltd. approached the programme for submission of transfer claim form No. 13. His transfer claim form No. 13 was received physically and in-warded the claim and RizwanUddin, P F Commissioner directed the concerned Official to process the claim immediately. Ravi, SSSA (the link official to regular dealing hand) processed the claim.

Saleem Ali’s (Pensioner) son visited in the programme that his father’s pension has not been started; he was guided to provide the requisite documents for commencement of monthly member pension.

NeeruBala of Humanity Public School, Jammu appeared with a request that “joint declaration” form was not being signed by the Establishment (School). School was directed to get the same sign and the Principal signed the paper on 10.10.2022. Death Case of Maryam Begum (whose son Faisal appeared in NidhiApkeNikat) would also be processed on 11.10.2022.

  1. Mini (DPA), Mukesh Kumar (Section Supervisor), Pranav Gupta (ASO), Pritpal Singh (ASO), Ravi Kumar (SSSA) and Shilpi, helped in smooth conduct of “NidhiApkeNikat’ and “Pension Adalat” Programme.

The endeavor of ‘NidhiApkeNikat” and “Pension Adalat” programme has always been to redress the maximum number of cases/grievances the same day or at the earliest.
