Kulgam : The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhaton Saturday toured several areas of the district to take stock of pace and progress of ongoing developmental projects.
During the visit, the DC took stock of pace and progress made on Aadigen Bridge which is 7x 42 Mtr spans and approved under languishing scheme and will come up with an estimated cost of 17.97 crore.
The DC directed the concerned to complete the balance work within a month positively.
The DC also took stock of progress made on residential quarters at Liroo which are under execution of JKPCC with a project cost of 14.47 crore containing 6 Blocks.
The concerned informed that Block A&F are completed and 60 percent work on Block B, D and E are completed too and finishing work is in progress on these Blocks.
The DC instructed the concerned to expedite pace of work and ensure timely completion of all Blocks.
The DC was accompanied by ACR and other officers.
