Covid- 19 In JK: No new death reported in last 24 hours, toll stays at 4783

Srinagar, Jammu :The Jammu & Kashmir Government on Tuesday said that 58 fresh positive cases of novel Corona virus (COVID-19) including 7from Jammu division and 51 from Kashmir Valley raised the total number of positive cases to 478415, Stating therein further that with no new Covid death reported till Tuesday evening the J&K’s overall Covid death toll stood at 4783.
Government in it’s Tuesday’s Covid Bulletin also said that moreover, 118 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and been discharged from various hospitals including 15fromJammu division and 103from Kashmir division.
According to the daily Media Bulletin on novel Corona virus (Covid-19), out of 478415 positive cases, 733 are Active Positive (216 in Jammu Division and 517in Kashmir Division), 472899 have recovered and 4783 have died; 2350 in Jammu division and 2433in Kashmir division.
The Government in it’s above referred Covid Bulletin also said that 14,866 doses of COVID Vaccine have been administered in the last 24 hours across Jammu and Kashmir bringing the cumulative number of doses administered to 2,43,85,705 till date.
Providing district-wise breakup for positive cases for Tuesday, the Bulletin informs that in Kashmir division, Srinagar reported 23 cases, Baramulla reported 04 cases, Budgam 09 cases, Pulwama reported 02 cases, Kupwara reported06 cases, Anantnag reported00cases, Bandipora reported 01case, Ganderbal reported 00 cases, Kulgam reported 04 cases while as Shopian reported 02 fresh cases for Tuesday.
Similarly in Jammu division, Jammu reported 04 cases, Udhampur 00, Rajouri 00, Doda 02, Kathua 00, Samba 01, Kishtwar 00, Poonch 00, Ramban 00and Reasi also reported no fresh case for Tuesday.
The bulletin informs that in case of any help, the general public can call J&K Centralised Health Helpline- Toll Free No. 104.In case of emergency, people can avail free ambulance services 24×7 by calling toll free number 108 while as pregnant women and sick infants can avail free services by dialling toll free number 102, the bulletin reads.It also informs that the public can reach national helpline by dialling 1075.
