Rajouri : District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal on Thursday inspected the progress of work on Government Degree College Campus building in Thandapani.
The DDC was accompanied by the Additional DeputyCommissioner Sunderbani, Vinod Kumar Behnal; ExecJ&Kive Engineer PWD(R&B) Nowshera, Bikram Singh and other officers during his visit.
While inspecting the progress on the project, the ExecJ&Kive Engineer PWD (R&B) informed that the estimated cost of the project is Rs 18.58 crore. It was also apprised that the work on the main building is complete, while allied works would be completed in two months.
The DDC expressed satisfaction over the progress of work on the project and directed the concerned officer from PWD(R&B) adhere to the quality parameters.
The DDC also issued instructions to the concerned officers to ensure that the work on the vital project is completed timely to benefit the students.
