Govt. orders transfer, postings in Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs Deptt J&K

Srinagar : The Government on Thursday ordered transfer and posting in the Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Department in the interest of administration with immediate effect.
According to an order issued by J&K Govt. here on Thursday, Muneer Ahmad Malik, Senior Law Officer in the Directorate of Litigation, Kashmir as Deputy Director Litigation has been transferred and posted as in the office of the Chief Engineer, PW(R&B), Kashmir
Raies Ahmad Qazi, Deputy Legal Remembrancer of Pollution Control Board, J&K holding additional charge of Directorate of Ecology, Environment and Remote Sensing Department has been transferred and posted in the office of J&K Service Selection Board.
Muneer-ul-Hassan Bhat, Senior Law Officer Agriculture Production and Farmers Welfare Department has been transferred and posted in the office of Jal Shakti Department.
Mohammad Yousuf, Senior Law Officer in the office of Chief Engineer, PW(R&B), Kashmir has been transferred and posted in the Skill Development Department, J&K.
Nisha Suman, Deputy Legal Remembrancer in the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs holding additional charge of General Administration Department has been transferred and posted in the office of Service Selection Board, Jammu;
Kamal Hussain, Deputy Legal Remembrancer, in the office of Transport Commissioner, J&K holding additional charge of Managing Director, JPDCL, Jammu, Managing Director, State Financial Corporation, Jammu and Directorate of School Education, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Divisional Commissioner, Jammu relieving Waseem Shokat Butt from his additional charge as Divisional Commission, Jammu. However, he shall, continue look after the litigation work of Managing Director, JPDCL, Jammu, Managing Director, State Financial Corporation, Jammu in addition to his own duties till further orders;
Zahoor Ahmad Ganie, Assistant Legal Remembrancer in the Skill Development Department has been transferred and posted in the office of the Directorate of Litigation, Kashmir as Assistant Director Litigation relieving Mir Tafazul Majeed from his additional charge;
Aruna Gupta, Assistant Legal Remembrancer in Service Selection Board, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, Medical Supplies Corporation, his deputy shall be Rajni Bala;
Zahoor Ahmad Wani, Associate Law Officer in the District Litigation Office, Budgam has been transferred and posted in office of the Directorate of Tourism, Kashmir;
Nadir Ali, Associate Law Officer in Jal Shakti Department holding additional charge of Civil Aviation Department has been transferred and posted in the office of the Service Selection Board, Jammu;
Saima Khursheed, Associate Law Officer in Service Selection Board, Srinagar has been transferred and posted in Directorate of Urban Local Bodies, Kashmir. His deputy shall be Amjad Hassan Wani;
Aeraz Mushtaq Laway, Associate Law Officer in District Litigation Office, Kulgam holding additional charge of District Litigation Office, Shopian has been transferred and posted in Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs;
Rajni Bala, Associate Law Officer Managing Director, Medical Supplies Corporation, Jammu holding additional charge of Director General, Accounts and Treasuries, J&K Jammu has been transferred and posted in the office of the Director General, Accounts and Treasuries, J&K Jammu on full time basis;
Mohammad Younis Bhat, Associate Law Office in the office of the Inspector General of Registration, J&K has been transferred and posted in Service Selection Board, Srinagar;
Jatin Sabirwal, Associate Law Officer, Directorate of Litigation, Jammu has been transferred and posted in the office of Transport Commissioner, J&K. His deputy shall be Kamal Hussain;
Syed Asrar UI Hussain, Assistant Law Officer, Service Selection Board, Srinagar has been transferred and posted in the office of Inspector General of Registration, J&K. His deputy shall be Mohammad Younis Bhat;
Rayees Ahmad Bhat, Assistant Law Officer, Chief Conservator of Forest, Kashmir has been transferred and posted in District Litigation Office, Kulgam. His deputy shall be Aeraz Mushtaq Laway. He shall also look after the work in the District Litigation Office, Shopian, in addition to his own duties till further orders; and
Waseem Mohd Dar, Assistant Law Officer in Directorate of School Education, Kashmir, holding additional charge of the office of Conservator of Forest, North Circle Sopore has been transferred and posted in the office of Pollution Control Board, J&K. He shall also look after the litigation work of the Directorate of Ecology, Environment and Remote Sensing Department;
Sohil Mir, Assistant Law Officer in the office of Service Selection Board, Jammu holding additional charge of the office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, J&K has been transferred and posted in the office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, J&K on full time basis; and
Amjad Hassan Wani, Assistant Law Officer in the Directorate of Urban Local Bodies, Kashmir has been transferred and posted in the office of Chief Conservator of Forest, Kashmir.
As per the orders issued by the J&K Govt. here in Thursday, the above said officers/officials shall be deemed to have been relieved from the date of issuance of this Order.
