Holistic Care For School Children

School-Age is predicted to conceive socialisation, form patterned behaviour, and most importantly it is meant to be configured with trustworthy companionship of the same age groups. At this stage, emotional and intellectual well-being is significantly settled and even potently shuffled through the interactions of peer learners, candid amity, and mutual interactions between students and teachers. In that sense school is a very domain where teenage tender children remain engaged with unleashing the fullest possible development for living morally, socially, creatively, and of course productively in a constructive setting. A practical approach in the process of rendering and sharing knowledge, education and behaviour between students and teachers is sustained at school through close interaction and reciprocal conduct. More significantly, here children are nourished intellectually and matured emotionally — which is a pivotal process that might be accomplished — nowhere by no means. Some ill constant catalysts have fabricated schoolchildren that have turned them addicted to a prolonged screen dependency. As a result, a good number of school-goers have lost their zeal for many and their socio-psychological and intellectual states are being greatly affected. The future of the tender-hearted children is crushed under the pressure of imposed expectations grown from the result-oriented mindset of the guardians. Many times children have been deprived of a proper socialisation process, maturity of social interaction and opportunity to enjoy childhood. We know that the first and foremost room of learning for a human child is the family. The influence of education perception, customs belief, norms-ethics-ideology and an integrated way of life acquired from the family is inevitably reflected in the classroom environment. This effect is far-reaching and these social achievements acquired in the family environment are the catalysts for major changes throughout life.We have to keep in mind that most school-goers are in their adolescent period, the crucial time for reshaping their physical, mental, and emotional states. Now, they need to have ample opportunities for blooming properly. An uncultured, stunted and idle mind is a much greater destructive force. We can never afford the loss of children’s behavioural, mental, and emotional attachment and spontaneous development further. So, in the teenage sensation, no monotonous and melancholy state should be spared for schoolchildren. They need to be away from all varieties of negative feelings, focus and stress. That is why parents need to listen to their adolescent schoolchildren with patience, give priority to their needs and provide possible comfort and relief against all setbacks they experience. A comprehensive and stringent pattern of physical, behavioural, emotional and mental changes may appear this time when adolescent schoolchildren experience several starring challenges.
Although a significant number of adolescent learners experience an acute crisis related to their mental health, this issue is under-diagnosed and under-treated. Working parents, on the whole, are not able to apportion quality time to their adolescent kids. This proximity gap and deprivation might turn up boomerangs in some contexts. There is an alarming rise in juvenile delinquency, child abuse, anti-social, misappropriate and deviant behaviours.Teenagers with an emotionally disturbed trait can also experience huge irritability, loneliness, isolation, frustration or anger. Emotional disorders can intensely affect their growth, social inclusiveness and socialisation process. Therefore, to promote mental well-being and protect adolescents from adverse emotional experiences, psycho-social counselling is imperative. If children feel mental disturbance, emotional turbulence, or any sort of disorder, they must be given proper aid. Because too much emotional disturbance can derange them. What children think, how they feel, and how they use their thinking consciousness to manage everyday life are substantial parts of their mind and emotional health. Healthy kids having a sound mental state never succumb to excessive emotions, such as anger, fear, violence, delinquency, conflict, guilt, tension, depression or anxiety. For their total well-being, a balanced connection of goodness with both physical and emotional health is imperative. But the reality and regret are that the more we, the guardians, are careful about their physical health, the more indifferent we are to the wellness of the children’s minds.Parents should make feel the schoolchildren like to be with them always and provide them with the right care and compassion simultaneously. Sustaining an open mode of communication with the adolescent children in respect of their core needs will render them relief and make them feel secure. So, parents ought to deal with their schoolchildren with patience and have a keen look at the four-featured growth in a bid to improve their total well-being. It is, indeed, a great challenge for all of us to safeguard the learning, behavioural pattern, and emotional and intellectual well-being of schoolchildren. Yet, we hope the crises and complexities the teenage schoolchildren have shall be eased shortly.
