Police organizes Tiranga Rallies across Reasi Distt

Reasi : To commemorate 75th Independence year and to carry forward the agenda of Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign, District Police Reasi on Firday organised Tiranga Rallies across the District.
Tiranga Rallies were organized with an aim to raise awareness about the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign, use of the National flag and its display with respect.
In Reasi Town. A Vishal Tiranga Rally was organised from Sports Stadium which was led by SSP Amit Gupta along with other officers and officials of the district Police.
Besides around 850 students from different schools of Reasi town participated and graced the event.
After taking a round of Reasi Town, the Rally culminated at historic Bhim Garh Fort where refreshment was distributed among the children.
In Katra. Tiranga Rally event was organized from Fountain Chowk to the Railway station with participation of around 500 students, locals, Officers and officials of District Police, CRPF and CISF. The aim was to spread the message regarding hoisting of national flag on each and every house through the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign.
In Arnas, Tiranga Rally was organized from JK Bank to the Police Station . Besides Police officers and officials, around 300 students and prominent citizens participated and sent a message across the area regarding the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign.
Similarly, in the far flung area of Mahore, besides Police Officers and officials, 250 students and locals of Mahore participated in Tiranga Rally organized from SDPO Office to SDM Office.
Speaking on the occasion, Senior Superintendent of Police, Amit Gupta conveyed that Reasi Police have dedicated one full week from 11th to 17th of August to celebrate Azadi ka Amrit Mahatsov and host a series of events in every nook and corner of the district to promote the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign.
“Reasi Police is going to organize Tiranga Rallies, Symposiums, Competitions in schools, distribute national flags and stickers, organise lectures in morning assemblies of the schools and provide wrestling mats for the girl wrestlers in coming days. The people of Reasi should come forward and join hands to make this campaign successful across district Reasi and the Nation” he added.
