Covid- 19 In JK: No new death reported, toll stays at 4776

Srinagar: Jammu & Kashmir Government in it’s daily Covid Bulletin on Monday said that 452 fresh positive cases of novel Corona virus (COVID-19) including 94 from Jammu division and 358 from Kashmir Valley reported in last 24 hours raised the total number of positive cases to 470201, Stating therein further that with no new Covid death reported from anywhere in last 24 hours in Jammu & Kashmir the J&K’s overall Covid death toll stayed at 4776.
Government in it’s above referred daily Covid Bulletin also said that moreover, 711 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and been discharged from various hospitals including 226fromJammu division and 485 from Kashmir division.
According to the daily Media Bulletin on novel Corona virus (Covid-19), out of 470201 positive cases, 5045 are Active Positive (1143 in Jammu Division and 3902 in Kashmir Division), 460380 have recovered and 4776have died; 2346 in Jammu division and 2430 in Kashmir division.
Government in it’s daily Covid Bulletin further said that out of 26232854 test results available, 470201 samples have tested positive and 25762653 samples have been tested as negative till date. Besides, 9,136 COVID tests have been conducted in last 24 hours.
Till date 6699244 persons have been enlisted for observation which included 132 persons in home quarantine including facilities operated by government, 5045 in isolation and 297in home surveillance. Besides, 6688994 persons have completed their surveillance period.
Providing district-wise breakup for positive cases for Monday, the Bulletin informs that in Kashmir division, Srinagar reported 113 cases, Baramulla reported 143 cases, Budgam 13 cases, Pulwama reported 23 cases, Kupwara reported23 cases, Anantnag reported09 cases, Bandipora reported 06 cases, Ganderbal reported 10 cases, Kulgam reported 16caseswhile as Shopian reported 02 fresh cases for Monday.
Similarly in Jammu division, Jammu reported 59 cases, Udhampur 11, Rajouri 03, Doda 02, Kathua 06, Samba 06, Kishtwar 00, Poonch 01, Ramban05 while as Reasi reported 01 fresh case for Monday.
The bulletin informs that in case of any help, the general public can call J&K Centralised Health Helpline- Toll Free No. 104.In case of emergency, people can avail free ambulance services 24×7 by calling toll free number 108 while as pregnant women and sick infants can avail free services by dialling toll free number 102, the bulletin reads. It also informs that the public can reach national helpline by dialling 1075.
