Bandipora : The District Level Task Force Committee (DLTFC) which met here on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Bandipora, (Chairman DLTFC), Mohammad Ashraf Hakak cleared 16 out of 28 cases placed before it under Rural Employment Generation programme (REGP). One case was rejected while 11 cases will be taken again in the next meeting of DLTFC. This was informed in a press statement issued by the official spokesman.
As per it, the meeting was attended by Lead Development Manager, District Officer KVIB, Superintendent ITI, Manager Grameen Bank and GM DIC.
Under the scheme REGP financial assistance is being provided to educated youth for setting up of income generating units thereby giving livelihood to educated youth who in turn employ many educated persons in their units.
