Kupwara :The District Industries Centre (DIC) Kupwara on Saturday organized a Joint Awareness Camp at block headquarter Sogam, here.
The programme was envisaged to generate awareness among general public especially educated unemployed youth regarding establishment of Income Generating (IG) units under PM-FME ODOP and other allied schemes.
As per a press statement, a large number of unit holders, progressive farmers, aspirants, PRIs, general public and Officers from Industries, KVIB, Horticulture and representatives of Animal and Sheep Husbandry attended the camp.
The subject matter specialists of various departments dealing with employment generation delivered their lectures and provided information regarding establishment of income generating units under PM-FME ODOP and other allied schemes like PMEGP.
