Tourism Directorate Jammu condoles demise of officer

Jammu :VivekanandRai, Director Tourism, Jammu and the officers/officials of the Tourism Directorate have expressed grief and shock over the untimely demise of Veena Sharma, Assistant Tourist Officer who left for heavenly abode in the wee hours Wednesday.
A Condolence meeting was held in the Directorate of Tourism, Jammu to mourn the sudden and untimely demise of the officer.
Veena Sharma was posted as Incharge at Tourist Office, Railway Station Jammu for the past couple of years. A two-minute silence was observed by the officers/officials of the Directorate to pray for eternal peace to the departed soul and grant of courage to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss. Veena Sharma was also remembered for her devotion and dedication towards her duties in her service career, especially during the ongoing Amarnath Yatra-2022.
