Kupwara|July, :The District Administration Kupwara has been making all concerted efforts to improve the service delivery system at ground level and efforts are also on to register best performance with regard to indicators of Good Governance Index.
The Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kupwara, Altaf Ahmad Khan Thursday chaired a meeting of concerned officers to review the progress of indicators under District Good Governance Index (DGGI), here.
The ADDC took a detailed review of each department and received updated status and feedback regarding indicators submitted by various district officers. He stressed upon them to gear up their field activities and improve their performance under DGGI.
The officers were also directed to convene regular meetings with their subordinate officers/ field functionaries to have updated performance under monthly/Annual DGGI information which is monitored at UT level by the Chief Secretary.
ACD Kupwara, CAO, CMO, CAHO, DSHO, EOs of Municipalities and other concerned attended the meeting.
