ADC Handwara inspects Hospitals, Offices in Handwara Sub-division

Kupwara :On the instructions of Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Handwara, Nazir Ahmad Mir Friday conducted a surprise visit of various government offices and health institutions in Sub-division Handwara.
The ADC visited District Hospital Handwara and inspected various sections including OPD, Casualty, Wards, Operation Theatre, Laboratory, Waiting room and other facilities in the Hospital. He interacted with the patients and their attendants and enquired from them about the facilities being provided to them from the Hospital administration.
The ADC also inspected the attendance and expressed satisfaction for biometric attendance system in the Hospital.
He also interacted with the Superintendent of the District Hospital, Nisar Ahmad and other medical and paramedical staff of the Hospital and asked them to work with added dedication for the larger benefits of the society.
Mir inspected water and sanitary facilities of the Hospital and asked for its proper upgradation.
Later, he also inspected the Sub District Hospital Langate and Block Development office Langate and took stock of their functioning and checked attendance of the officials.
