Relief distributed among flood affected families of Bemina Srinagar

B’gam: A team of District Administration Budgam led by Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Budgam, Dr Nasir Ahmad Saturday distributed relief among the flood affected families at GariporaBemina.
Reaching to the affected families with a helping hand, the team led by ADC distributed food kits and blankets among the 76 affected families.
The relief kits include, five blankets to each family, 10kg rice bag, Chili powder, salt, turmeric edible oil, sugar and other food items. TehsildarBudgam, Imtiyaz Ahmad Budoo, Food Safety Officer, YaminNabi and officials from Revenue and other concerned departments were also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, ADC said that the relief was distributed under the directions from Deputy Commissioner Budgam, Shahbaz Ahmed Mirzato reach out to these families in time of need.
He said that the District Administration is always committed to help and assist people of Budgam.
