Handwara: The Nutnussa Premier League Cricket tournament concluded on Friday . A total of 20 teams from all over Kupwara district including teams from Handwara and Lolab participated in the tournament . The tournament lasted for more than seven days. On 24 Jun 2022, as part of a T-20 cricket tournament final match of Nutnussa Premier League was played between Green Birds Tarats & KKCC kandi at Cricket ground, Tarats under aegis of Charkut Garrison.
In addition to promote sports culture amongst women, Girls friendly match was played between teams from Handwara and Kandi. Indian Army felicitated winning team of the league with prizes and thanked everyone especially the kids present in the event for making it successful.
