Jammu: Director, Sheep Husbandry Department, Jammu, KrishanLal Thursday inspected the Sheep Units established under RKVY scheme.
He inspected the Sheep unit of Nisha Devi of KhourDeonian, R.S Pura (10 Ewes/Female Hoggets) and Madan Lal of Prithipur, Bishnah (10 Ewes/Female Hoggets).
He also inspected the sheep unit of Shokat Ali of JindraKhurd, Bishnah (10 Ewes).
He impressed upon the field officers to revive the quality animals and provide the same to the beneficiaries under the scheme so that they are able to get good livestock.
During the visit, the Director was accompanied by Dr.Sanjeev Kumar, District Sheep Husbandry Officer Jammu.
