Srinagar: The International Day of Yoga with the theme ‘Yoga for Humanity’ was Tuesday celebrated with the fullest of the fervour at both the Srinagar and Jammu office locations of Registrar of Companies (ROC).
Focusing on the theme, ROC offices had designed special programmes including lectures on the human values that are integral to Yoga.
Sudhir Phaye led the Yoga session at the Jammu office and called Yoga unison towards better health and wellness.
Haamid Bukhari, Incharge for Kashmir office participated along with the staff from Srinagar.
