DC Doda discusses applications seeking change of Land Use

Doda : Deputy Commissioner Doda Vikas Sharma Wednesday chaired a meeting of concerned departments to discuss the applications received online for the Change of Land Use.
During the meeting, the DC enquired about the status of NOCs being issued in the favour of the applications received online.
It was reported that all the three applications received, pertaining to change of use of agricultural land for establishment of School, a hotel and a Biodiesel pump required some more NOCs from the designated authorities. The committee decided to give approval of change of land use after all the NOCs are received from competent authorities, who were directed to dispose of the NOCs within time stipulated.
It is pertinent to mention here that the new guidelines have been issued to regulate the uncontrolled conversion of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes on the one hand and meet the developmental aspirations of J&K and the people on the other hand.
The meeting was attended by CEO BDA, ACR Doda, Divisional Officer PCB, DFO Bhaderwah, CEO Doda, CAO, DIO Doda, FM DIC Doda, Tehsildar Headquarter Doda, and other concerned officials of the DC office.
