Nurses have an enormous amount of knowledge and many diverse skills they spend years perfecting and developing, all the time working in decidedly tough environments where extreme stress is just a part of the job. Nurses help bring new life into the world, care tirelessly for the sick and injured, and sometimes watch the patients they did everything to save pass away despite their best efforts May 12th is an important date to all nurses, as it is the anniversary of the birth of Florence Nightingale, who is widely considered the founder of modern nursing. Nurses are the heroes who attend to the needs of their patients, be it day or night without a frown on their faces. You could say they are the backbones of the healthcare industry, who tirelessly take care of all the requirements of the patients. Can you imagine a hospital without a nurse? Impossible, right? From assisting doctors in taking care of patients, they perform several duties. The hospitals are dependent on nurses to ensure smooth running. For an operation to be successful there must be amazing cooperation between the nurse and doctor. They bring both knowledge and expertise to the table. Not only that they closely monitor you can assess the effectiveness of the medicine and treatment. For all those people wondering why nurses play such an important role in the healthcare industry, here are a few reasons that would help you understand
