DIPR Organizes Symposium on Environment Conservation in GHSS Bhella

Doda: The Cultural Wing of Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) Jammu on Thursday organized a symposium on “Environment Conservation” here under AzadikaAmritMahotsav” in Government Higher Secondary School Bhella, District Doda.
Principal of the school Kewal Ram Sagar was the chief guest of the Symposium held under close supervision of NCC Officers (ANO) Senior Division, Om Singh, ANO Junior Division Manish Bhushan and Physical Education Master KishoriLal.
The symposium was judged by Physical Education Lecturer Shameem Ahmed, Zoology Lecturer Rattan Singh, and Botany Lecturer Indira Manhas among others. Officials of the Information Department besides staff members and students were present on the occasion.
As many as 10 students participated in the competition and the 1st position was bagged by Sumit Singh of class 11, 2nd position went to Vishal Kumar of class 11, while 3rd position was secured by Akriti Rajput of class 10.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Guest lauded the Information Department for organizing the event in the school and urged for organizing more such events in future too.
The vote of thanks was given by the vice Principal (Lecturer English) Sanjay Kumar of the institution.
