Ramban : Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj department Tuesday organised a series of sanitation and cleanliness drives besides activities focusing on the 100 point agenda of Gram Swaraj Month, here across Ramban District.
The Block Development Officer Batote organised interactive sessionswith Youth Club & Self-help Groups and students and apprised them about the government schemes and employment opportunities in different sectors.
Meanwhile, an awareness programme on Job Card MAPPING and 100 points agenda was held at Sangaldan where the people were informed about the Government schemes pertaining to different departments.
A door to door campaign under Swach Gram Mission was also conducted to educate the people about the importance of cleanliness and sanitation.
