Kishtwar : District Development Commissioner, Ashok Sharma chaired a meeting of the concerned officers to discuss preparations for annual action plan under District Capex Budget 2022-23 Friday.
The chair took sector-wise review of action (development) plan for the financial year 2022-23 and asked the concerned to revisit the plan to incorporate the works on rational vis-a-vis to upgrade and to maintain physical assets such as property, buildings and equipment.
He impressed upon the indenting departments to formulate plans in consultation with the PRI members in accordance to their needs. It was encouraged that projects and works be taken up to create potential and durable infrastructure for benefit of maximum number of people.
Timely formulation of development plans will help to take up the works in time and subsequent utilisation of budgetary provisions within stipulated timeframe, said the DDC.
Joint Director Planning, Mohd Iqbal; District Panchayat Officer, Sunil Bhutyal; CEO Kishtwar, Sudershan Kumar; DYSSO, KharatiLal Sharma; Executive Engineer PHE, Anil Kailu and Executive Engineer REW, Parshotam Kumar besides other concerned officers attended the meeting.
