Pr Secy SED attends annual day function at Udhampur

Udhampur : Principal Secretary, School Education Department (SED), BishwaJeet Kumar Singh, Wednesday attended annual day celebration of ‘Shaheed Inspector Kamal Singh Government Model Higher Secondary School Boys’.
He released the annual school magazine titled ‘Veni Lehar’ in Sher-I- Kashmir Police Academy Auditorium Udhampur here Wednesday.
Director School Education, Jammu, Ravi Shankar Sharma, was the guest of honour while Former Minister, Pawan Kumar Gupta and Chief Education Officer, Arvin Kumar Koul were the guests of honour on the occasion
The students presented a mesmerizing cultural bonanza depicting social themes.
Bishwajeet Kumar Singh had an interactive session with the students, teachers and prominent citizens besides retired dignitaries and lecturer forum.
Principal Secretary said that government schools with highly qualified faculty showing excellent performance during the past few years achieving academic excellence besides shining in extracurricular activities.
Earlier, Principal of the School, Sunil Sharma, gave a brief account of previous academic and sports achievements of the institute.
The national players and meritorious students were awarded on the occasion.
