Doda|March, 24: The enforcement teams of the Food Safety Department Thursday conducted market checking in different areas of Doda District.
Two different teams conducted market checking in Beoli and Thathri areas and lifted 5 samples of different categories of food items for Analysis under FSSA.
The teams booked one FBO without registration under FSSA. The teams also educated the FBOs about the importance of providing safe & quality food to the Consumers.
In Thathri block, the team lifted 2 random samples for analysis and visited 2 schools for checking of meals to be served to the children under the Mid Day Meal Scheme.
