MSK B’gam organizes one-day prog on Women Empowerment & Women centric schemes

B’gam: The District Level Centre for Women Mahila Shakti Kendra Tuesday organised an awareness programme on the Women Empowerment and Women Specific Schemes at Government Degree College Magam.
The programme was attended by lagre number of students.
During the programme, the students were imparted awareness regarding various Women Specific Schemes like DLCW-MSK, BBBP, One Stop Centre, Skill Development Schemes, Digital literacy, JSY, PMMVY, ICPS, WHL 181,Childline Number 1098, Intergrated Social Security Scheme, Scholarships etc.
They were also imparted awareness on prevention and elimination of violence against women and girls around the world and motivated them to approach DLCW-MSK and One Stop Centre Budgam and Special Cell for Women if they are in distress or if they see others in distress.
The team raised an awareness on Women Empowerment and Legal Rights of Women.
The programme was attended by Students Official of GDC Magam DLCW-MSK/One Stop Centre for Women.
