Khansahib (Budgam): Chairman Jammu & Kashmir People’s Democratic Front (J&K PDF )Hakeem Muhammad Yaseen has condemned killing of a civilian namely Tajamul Mohiuddin Rather at Gotapora Budgam by unidentified gunmen .
In s statement issued on Monday , Hakeem while condemning cold blooded murder of Tajamul Mohiuddin by unidentified gunmen , said that violence has caused untold bloodshed and mayhem in Jammu and Kashmir . “Kashmir, once paradise on earth, has now become the land of graveyards adding that the condition of orphans and widows rendered due to gun culture was most alarming and pathetic. He said killing of any human bieng was strictly prohibited in Islam and other religions also. Quoting Quranic verses, Hakeem said that one who kills a human being kills the whole humanity and one who saves a human being saves the whole humanity.
PDF Chairman said that violence was no solution to any problem. He said only way to settle issue was dialogue and reconciliation. Hakeem has urged the civil society groups religious leaders and political parties to ponder over the grim situation prevailing in Kashmir and join hands to find ways and means for ending the vicious cycle of violence .
