Block Divas: DC Reasi listens to people’s grievance in far-flung areas of Dharmari

DM also asks for time bound redress of public issues

Reasi : As a part of ongoing Public Outreach Programne- Block Divas, Deputy Commissioner Reasi Babila Rakwal Wednesday listened to public grievances at Dharmari.
DDC member, Ajaz Ahmed Khan; ADDC Jyoti Salathia; PO,ICDS Renu Kumari; SDM Dharmari Tariq Aziz; ACR Anirudh Rai; CAO Sudhir Singh; CEO Mohd. Aziz; CMO Dr Rajeev Sharma; CHO Brij Vallabh Gupta; Legal Metrology Officer Pushkar, besides other district officers along with PRIs, Sarpanchs and Panchs attended the camp.
At the outset, Babila Rakwal interacted with the PRIs and locals and listened to their grievances.
The PRIs, Public put forth their demands seeking speedy construction of Degree College building,Blacktopping of PMGSY and PWD roads, cemented Electric Poles, replacement of damaged Water pipes, opening of bank branch at Dharmari, one more post of Patwari, adequate teaching staff at Tillo High School, resolving of mining issues, posting of Naib-Tehsildar at Nayabad Buddhan and Ambulance for Buddhan.
After listening to public grievances, the DC Reasi assured the locals for the time bound redress of the same.
During the programme, Babila Rakwal along with DDC Member Ajaz Ahmed KHAN, CMO Reasi distributed Ayushman Card to Children and Senior Citizens.
Scores of issues of Water, Power, Road, Transport, Ration, Nutrition, Education, Health were resolved on the spot after face to face deliberation with District Officers and for several other issues DDC fixed timeline.
While reviewing the development works, Babila Rakwal directed the concerned authorities to complete all the ongoing projects in a stipulated time frame.
The DC Reasi also motivated the public to avail the benefits of agriculture and allied sector schemes.
