Rajouri MC launches groundwork for inter district Bus Stand

Rajouri : Municipal Council Rajouri Monday launched the groundwork for inter-district Bus Stand in Bella Colony here under the leadership of its president, Mohammad Arif.
The facility is being created for Thanamandi, Darhal and Rajouri bound Buses.
After launching the work, the President MC, while addressing the locals, said the new project has been launched with the support of locals and ‘attention of the Lieutenant Governor’s Administration towards our legitimate need.’
“After the project is complete, the problem of working people and load carrier operators will be solved once for all as there was a long-standing need for the construction of a bus stop at this location” he said.
Municipal Councillors, Iftikhar Ali Dar, Pushvinder Gupta, Yogesh Sharma, Kuldeep Raj, Mushtaq Ahmed Manhas, Ragesh Gupta, Sameen Javed, Javed Chouhan, and Prominent Citizens among Kapil Saryal, Beopar Mandal President Vijay Gupta, District General Secretary BJP Koushal Gupta, Nazak Hussain Shah, Vijay Kouchar, Shafqat Mir, Tazeem Dar, Haji Mohammad Zameer, Mohammad Asif, Shabaz Pahari, Khadam Hussain Chib, Qayoom Kamlak,Thariq Sheikh, District Transport Union President and several others were also present.
The Municipal Council President has initiated a number of development projects for Rajouri Town that would benefit Unemployed Youngsters, address infrastructure shortages, produce revenue for the Municipality, and Beautify the City.
“Throughout my tenure as Chairman, I did my best to serve the people with the help of the Director Local Body” he added.
