Jammu | March, 8: Honorary General Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu & Kashmir, KifayatHussain Rizvi, has expressed his deepest condolences over the tragic death of S.C. Bali.
The entire Red Cross family shared the loss and grief of the bereaved family members. Mr. Bali has remained an active Social Worker and has been associated with the Red Cross Movement for more than 50 years. He was also associated with Childline Jammu for many years. As a Red Crosser, he was one of the best volunteers and members Jammu and Kashmir has ever produced.
Mr. Rizvi hoped that the family members will be able to draw strength in this hour of grief and said that the entire Red Cross stands shoulder to shoulder with them at this difficult time.
