JKSSB Account Assistant Exam: Training imparted to supervisory staff in Kishtwar

Kishtwar  : To ensure smooth conduct of the upcoming JKSSB exam for the recruitment of the Account Assistant (Finance), District administration Kishtwar, under the overall supervision of Additional Deputy Commissioner Kishori Lal Sharma, Friday hosted training program for supervisory staff, in collaboration with the district Coordinators JKSSB here at conference Hall DC Office Complex.
District Coordinators JKSSB Vivek briefed the 267 participating invigilators (teachers) besides the centre Superintendents (CS), Exam Coordinators (EC) and observers about all the aspects of OMR based objective type Written exam. He educated them about their role and responsibilities in the smooth and transparent conduct of the examination which is scheduled on March 6, 2022 at 11 different identified centres across the district.
Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Commissioner, Ashok Sharma impressed upon the trainees to follow the procedures in letter and spirit for smooth and transparent conduct of examination in their respective examination centres.
He also stressed all the concerned officers to ensure adherence to the SOPs of the COVID-19 pandemic during the exam.
Meanwhile, the Additional Deputy Commissioner informed that the examination would be held on March 6, 2022 from 12 noon to 2 pm at 11 designated examination centers.
It was informed that besides Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents and supervisors, the invigilators as per the requirement of one invigilator for 24 students would be engaged.
Moreover, the Magistrates would also be appointed at all 11 examination centers where in a total 3984 aspirants have to appear.
The ADC Kishtwar informed during the training session that final reviewing of the logistic support, identification and establishment of Control Room (exam), pasting stickers of exam halls etc would be held on March 5, 2022 at all the centres.
Among the others who remained present in the training session were Observer JKSSB Jang Bahadur, ACR Kishtwar Akhter Hussain Qazi, ACD Kishtwar Atul Dutt Sharma, DPO Kishtwar Sunil Bhutyal, Sub Divisional Magistrate Marwah Dr. Mohsin Raza besides other concerned officials.
