3rd Day of U-19 T-20 Cricket Tournament: Jammu Dare Devils wins, qualifies for final

Jammu: Jammu Dare Devils registered its empathetic win against Kashmir Super Stars and entered in the Final J&K Cricket Tournament, which is being organized at JKCA Science Cricket Ground by J&K Police under guidance of S.J.M Gillani Addl. Director General of Police, Armed J&K.
In today’s first match, Jammu Dare Devils defeated Kashmir Super stars by 55 runs. Batting First Jammu Dare Devils scored 159 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the allotted 20 overs with Kamalpreet Singh 71 runs, Achintiya Khajuria 40 runs, Dhruv 20 runs & Rohan Gill 13 runs. Bowling side Junaid took 2 wickets, Sirsheel and Mehraj took 1 wicket each. In reply Kashmir Super Stars managed to score 104 runs by loosing all wickets in 17.1 overs with Qazi Junaid 55 runs, Sirsheel Abbas 18 runs. From the bowling side Kamalpreet, Abay and Imran took 3 wickets each while Achintiya took 1 wicket. Kamalpreet Singh was declared man of the match for his all-round performance.
Today’s 2nd Match was played between Jammu Warriors and Kashmir Rising Stars. The Final match of the U-19 T-20 Cricket Tournament shall be played tomorrow on March 03, 2022 at the same venue.
The matches of U-19 T-20 Cricket tournament are played on the IPL pattern and the rules applied are the same which are applied in IPL except duck worth rain, Mankad and fake throw rules.
These matches are being played in presence of jury committee members comprising former International Wrestler Dushyant Sharma S.O Sports APHQ, DySP Sports APHQ J&K Syed Sajad Hussain, Ashwani Gupta (Selector J&K Ranji Team) and S.Kanwaljeet Singh (Former Prominent Cricketer of J&K).
