Kathua : To put in place the arrangements for the smooth conduct of JKSSB Accounts Assistant Exam, Deputy Commissioner KathuaRahul Yadav chaired a meeting of officers of the line departments, here on Saturday.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Atul Gupta, Registrar Kathua, Sub Divisional Magistrate Hirnagar, Additional Superintendent of Police, Chief Education Officer, Chief Agriculture Officer, Chief Project Officer Fisheries and officers of various departments attended the meeting.
The meeting was informed that 43 examination centres have been established across the district for Accounts Assistant examination which is scheduled to be held on 6th of March 2022.
The DC directed the concerned officers to ensure deployment of sufficient staff at the centres with the provision of back up staff to meet any exigency. The arrangements related to transportation of examination material were also discussed at length.
Threadbare discussions were also held with regard to the posting of Magistrates, supervisory staff, examination observers, videography besides training of staff and other necessary facilities for smooth conduct of examination.
