Arrangements for smooth conduct of Accounts Assistants examinations finalised at Shopian

Shopian :The District Administration, Shopian under the Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, Sachin Kumar Vaishya Friday convened a meeting of all the concerned to put in place the elaborate four tier arrangements in view of Accounts Assistant Examination of SSB being held on 6th March, 2022 from 12 to 2 PM.
In view of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all the concerned were directed to ensure that all the Examination Centres are fully sanitized in advance besides candidates made to undergo thermal scanning before entering into the examination halls.
To avoid any last minute rush, the candidates be asked to report at the examinations venue well in time.
The Deputy Commissioner informed that a total of 4483 candidates are eligible for taking part in the said examination.
The District Administration has established 22 Centres for conducting of Accounts Assistant Examination in the district.
Vaishya directed all the HODs for ensuring smooth and successful conduct of the examination in a transparent manner.
The Deputy Commissioner will be Micro Observer, Additional Deputy Commissioner, General Observer, Chief Education Officer, Nodal Officer and Principal Government Degree College, Shopian, Chief Inspector for the said examination of Accounts Assistant.
Among others, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, Mushtaq Ahmed Simnani, Chief Education Officer, Principal Government Degree College,Shopian, HODs and other concerned were present.
