Shopian : The Court of Adjudicating Officer, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Shopian, Mushtaq Ahmad Simnani Thursday recovered a fine of Rs 17,000 under section 56 and 58 from the erring Food Business Operators (FBOs) in the district.
During the hearing, the Adjudicating Officer disposed-off 06 Cases of Food Business Operators (FBOs) for violation of the prescribed provisions/ norms of Food Safety and Standard Act and Rules and Regulations made there under (FSSA) and imposed and recovered a fine from them.
The FBOs of Shopian were warned against any kind of violation in future in the district.
