626 vaccinated, 3848 samples collected in Ramban

Ramban : As per District Immunization Officer, Ramban, Dr, Suresh the Health Department on Monday administered Covid vaccine doses to 626 people including 298 children in the 15-17 years age group in the district.
Continuing the enforcement drive to implement Covid protocol across the district Ramban, the Enforcement teams Monday fined scores of violators for roaming without wearing face masks and not maintaining physical distance.
The enforcement teams, during the inspection in their respective jurisdictions, recovered a fine of Rs. 39,600 taking the total amount fined since April 1, 2021 to Rs. 86,74,050. The Enforcement officers urged the people to wear face masks and maintain physical distance besides taking Covid vaccination doses at their nearest CVC.
As per daily bulletin issued by the Chief Medical Officer, Ramban, Dr. Mohammad FareedBhat, the Health Department has collected 3848 samples including 752 RT-PCR and 3096 RAT samples besides administering Covid vaccine to 626 persons at various dedicated Vaccination Centres in the district.
