Srinagar: An orientation program on Goods and Services Tax (GST) was held as per the directions of Deputy Commissioner Srinagar in which Drawing and Disbursing officers of all the Departments operating in the district participated.
Commercial Tax Officer Kashmir gave detailed information regarding registsration and return and filing in GST during the training session.
The aim and objective of the said program was to acquaint the DDOs with GST usage and its impact on Tax Collection. The Commercial Tax experts shared their thoughts with all the DDOs regarding the effective implementation of the GST.
Further, a large number of traders also attended the said Orientation program.
