Covid-19: Booster dose vaccination kick-starts at Kulgam

Kulgam: The Booster dose vaccination for front line workers, and senior citizens with co-morbidities today commenced here at Kulgam.
The drive was kick-started by Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kulgam, Riyaz Ahmad Sofi from District Hospital Kulgam.
The ADDC said that all requisite arrangements have been put in place to carry out the process of Booster dose of vaccination smoothly across the district.
CMO informed that front line workers and senior citizens with co-morbidities from today can get this booster dose at vaccination centres as a third and precautionary dose.
Meanwhile, special drives were carried out in the district to sensitize the public to adopt COVID Appropriate Behavior to avoid the spread of Covid-19 infection and to say no to 3rd wave of Covid-19 infection.
Present on the occasion were CMO, Medical Superintendent, DH Kulgam and other officers.
