Hajin: Halqa Adab Hajin sonawari incolobration with Govt Girls High School Hajin organised litrarary function in memory of renowned poets Zeeba Zeenat Of Hajin on Saturday.
The function was presided over by renowned writer Sanaullah Niaz while Haji Muhammad Sultan Mir, Deputy Chief Education Officer Bandipora Sheikh Ghulam Muhammad and Zeba Zeenat’s brother Abdul Aziz Aziz were also present during the event . On this occasion, famous critic Shahbaz Hakbari presented a thought-provoking essay on Zeba Zeenat’s speech, after which Nazir Javed and Nisar-ul-Karim also speech on her contributions . The event also featured a poetry recital in which dozens of poets presented their speeches.
President of the Halqa Adab sonawari Shakir Shafi , in his welcome address, described Zeba Zeenat as the greatest Sufi poet of the present age and paid homage to her. Manzoor Ahmad Manzoor presented Talat Kalam Pak and Nazir Baba presented Naat Rasool Maqbool.
A concert was also held at the end of the program in which local artists performed beautiful songs.
