World Energy Conservation Day celebrated at GHSS Kothibagh Srinagar

Srinagar| : An impressive program on World Energy Conservation Day 2021 was on Tuesday organized by Chief Education office Srinagar at GHSS Kothibagh.
Manzoor Ahmad Kumar Chief Education Officer Srinagar while addressing the gathering said that Conservation of energy is Tuesday’s necessity and we all should indulge into making the future of our earth even better. CEO Srinagar said we all should make our students aware about global warming, climate change and promote efforts towards saving energy resources.
CEO Srinagar was impressed by the views of students on World Energy Conservation Day. Ms Anjum Raja Deputy CEO Srinagar also addressed the gathering and stressed the importance of energy conservation.
Programme was attended by Principals of all Higher Secondary School, Zonal Education Officers ,Head of Institutions and large number of students. P.G.Rasool and Nisar Ahmad from Cultural Wing of DSEK were prominent among others present on the occasion. Covid 19 SOPs were followed and proper social distancing was maintained.
