DIC Ramban holds awareness camp on PMEGP at Sangaldan

Ramban : District Industries Centre (DIC), Ramban Friday organised an awareness camp at Sangaldan area of Gool Sub-division to sensitize the people about Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme(PMEGP) and other employment schemes in industrial & services sectors.
Welcoming the participants, General Manager DIC Ramban, VishwaJeet highlighted the various schemes being implemented by J&K as well Central Government to encourage the youth to become job creators instead of job seekers by establishing their own ventures.
The GM asked the participants to register themselves with the DIC to take benefits / subsidies from various youth and beneficiary oriented schemes. He also highlighted various schemes besides encouraging them to start their small ventures in the PMEGP scheme under manufacturing and service sectors.
The BI, DIC Ramban, Sachin Sharma also sensitized the participants about procedures and the formalities required for registration under MSME and uploading of application forms under PMEGP scheme.
